What Is Mobile Intelligence?
A working definition for a category that connects mobile signals into evidence-backed context.
Most consumer-facing companies with a meaningful mobile app already run several tools: a device-testing platform, a crash reporter, a product analytics suite, an observability stack, and processes for reading App Store and Google Play reviews. Each of these tools does its job well. None of them, on its own, answers a simple business question: is our mobile customer journey healthy right now?
Mobile Intelligence is the practice — and the emerging category of software — that connects these separate signals into a single, evidence-backed view of mobile journey health. It doesn't replace device testing, crash monitoring or analytics. It sits above them, correlating what each one already knows.
Three ideas define it:
Signals, not just data. A crash log, a one-star review and a conversion dip are all signals. Individually they're noise. Connected to the same journey and time window, they become evidence.
Journeys, not just screens. Customers experience login, discovery, cart, checkout and payment as a continuous path. Mobile Intelligence organizes evidence around that path, not around individual technical components.
Prioritization, not just visibility. More dashboards are not the goal. The goal is a shorter path from "something changed" to "here's what's worth investigating first, and why."
MobileSignalIQ is being built around this definition — as a platform that sits above the tools mobile teams already use, not one that asks them to start over.
